The region’s leading spa is hosting a skincare event specifically designed to tackle teenage skin and its changing needs.
Tuesday 30 August will see thespa at DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury showcasing products and treatments designed to combat acne, blemishes, dehydration and sun exposure to help teens achieve their healthiest and most radiant skin possible, whatever the skin type or concern.
For £15 those who come along will be given a professional skin scan to determine their skin type, a mini facial tailored to their needs as well as skin care tips from the experts on hand. The £15 can then be redeemed against two or more full-sized products purchased on the day.
The treatments have been developed by spa-exclusive brand Pevonia Botanica, a world leader in spa treatments and products.
theSpa manager Michelle Kidner explained the decision to cater for teenagers:
85% of teens suffer from acne, which can lead to reduced self-esteem and scarring. The treatments we offer have been proved to dramatically reduce blemishes and control skin for the future. Even teens not suffering from skin problems can benefit from these treatments.
The great thing is that each treatment is completely tailored by our skin specialists to suit every individual’s need. Our therapists will analyse client’s skin and offer home care advice.
The event will take place from 12-8pm on Tuesday 30 August.
